Our working hours are 9 AM to 5 PM EST Monday through Friday. All support requests are answered via email in the order received. We typically reply within a few hours and often outside of the official support hours.

Please be respectful of our support staff. We will always help you to our fullest extent, and many issues are shipment carrier specific. We will act as liaison to the fullest extent and always guarantee your delivery. We are a small company and do not own our shipping services like billionaire Bezos. Also, unlike monopolizing e-commerce companies, we like to hear from you :)
