Autoship Subscriptions
Autoship lets you set eligible products to reorder automatically on a schedule, similar to a subscribe-and-save program. It is completely optional, and it only applies when you choose a recurring purchase option on a product.
What Is Autoship?
Autoship is our recurring order option for customers who regularly buy the same products. When you choose an Autoship option, your payment method is saved securely so future orders can be processed automatically on your selected schedule.
Subscriptions are off by default. You are not enrolled unless you choose a recurring purchase option while placing your order.
How Autoship Discounts Work
If you use a coupon on your first Autoship order, that coupon applies to the first order only. Future recurring orders are charged using the recurring discount shown in the product’s Autoship dropdown, such as a 20% recurring discount when that option is available.
Autoship discounts are designed for genuine recurring customers. Abuse of coupon or subscription discounts may disqualify an account from future Autoship options.
Shipping on Autoship Orders
Autoship orders that meet our current free shipping threshold will qualify for free standard shipping when eligible.
If a recurring order does not meet the free shipping threshold, shipping will be charged using our lowest available shipping method at the time the order processes.
Product Availability
Some products, especially hemp flower strains, are seasonal or batch-based and may not be available forever. If a subscription product goes out of stock or is discontinued, that subscription may need to be cancelled or adjusted.
When possible, we will try to notify you before a recurring item becomes unavailable so you can choose a replacement or create a new Autoship order.
Batch Differences
Hemp flower and other plant-based products can vary from batch to batch. A new batch of the same strain may look, smell, taste, or feel slightly different from a previous batch.
We do our best to keep quality consistent, but natural variation is expected with hemp products.
How to Manage Your Autoship Subscription
You can manage your Autoship subscriptions from your Green Nursery account. Log in to your account, find the subscription item, and use the edit menu to make changes when available.
Each Autoship item is treated as its own subscription. If multiple subscription items were ordered together, they may renew together, but individual items can still usually be managed or cancelled separately.
What You Can Change
From your subscription control panel, you may be able to:
- Ship an order now if you are running low before the next renewal date.
- Skip an upcoming occurrence if you have more product than you need.
- Cancel an individual subscription item.
- Change your shipping address.
- Add or update a payment method.
- Change eligible product options, such as size or quantity, when supported by the product setup.
What You May Not Be Able to Change Yourself
Some changes cannot always be made directly from the control panel.
- Completely switching one subscription product to a different product may require customer service help.
- Adding new items into an existing subscription group may not be available.
- If you want a different product on Autoship, you may need to place a new starter order for that item.
