Autoship Upgrade + Hemp Law Update

As you may have seen in a previous email, we have had a massive upgrade to our autoship subscription system.

In the past, you were forced to cancel subscriptions and start new ones anytime a strain went out of stock or was no longer available. This old model has been completely redeveloped.

You can now:

• Switch strains
• Add additional products
• Modify existing subscriptions anytime

Federal Hemp Update (Important)

Things are still moving toward the federal restrictions set to take effect in November.

However, there is increasing chatter within hemp industry committees and the Hemp Roundtable suggesting that a 2-year extension is highly likely.

If that passes, the timeline would move to November 2028.

This would give the industry time to:

• Move toward lower THC frameworks
• Remove overly aggressive or misleading packaging
• Introduce proper licensing structures

It would also help prevent unsafe or unregulated products from flooding places like gas stations.

For now, nothing is finalized, but momentum is building behind a more structured and realistic approach.
