Updates: Daunting Federal Laws and State Level Panic

TL;DR: We are operating normally and all of our products are Federally legal until at least November 12th, 2026. After that date, we (and every retailer) may have to cut psychoactive SKUs.

As we wait for clarity on the rushed Federal move to redefine hemp to 0.3% TOTAL THC effective November 2026, we’re shifting internally to prepare for the worst.

We’re aware some companies are going balls to the wall and plan to just run straight into said wall when it shows up. That’s not us.

We’re taking a more cautious approach with psychoactive products, specifically Delta 9 gummies and THCA flower. We will continue carrying the SKUs we currently have, but we are not adding new ones unless we get some unlikely good news. There are bills in play that could extend enforcement by two years, but right now that’s far from guaranteed.

So to be clear: nothing changes today. Through November 5th, all Federal laws remain the same. You can expect the same service, shipping, and availability.

If things don’t loosen up, we pivot back to being primarily CBD flower and CBD consumables in November 2026. If we get updates, we’ll pass them along and adjust the catalog accordingly.
